This policy applies to all orders placed through our website. We aim to be transparent, fair, and straightforward so you can shop with confidence.
Delivery Information
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Some larger products may take longer and will be stated on each individual order.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been placed.
- If the item is a custom made product (such as statues), we will contact you to obtain photograph and name of the award recipitant. Where appropriate, we may also provide a proof for your approval. Once this proof is approved, the 1-3 business days will begin.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the order date.
- Standard UK Orders: 2–5 business days using Royal Mail
- Express UK Orders: 1-3 business days using Royal Mail
- International Orders: 7–15 business days (depending on destination)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods. We tend to use Royal Mail but may use other delivery carries such as Evri or DHL. For International deliveries, Modsta use DHL or Royal Mail.
Shipping Confirmation
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
- Where available, tracking details will be provided. We normally use Royal Mail
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns and want you to be happy with your purchase. customer satisfaction is central to our business and we aim to provide products that people cherish. Our refunds policy is specific to custom statues and stadium models so please read carefully
Returns Window
- You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The returns window does not begin until your item has been delivered, ensuring you always have adequate time to inspect your order.
Eligibility for Returns
Stadium models
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unassembled
- All parts must be complete
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, where reasonably possible
If individual parts have been damaged during delivery then we can replace each individual part at our expense. Please send photograph showing the damaged part and we will replace. If the stickers sheets are damaged in delivery we can also replace for free.
We cannot accept full returns for items that have been partially or fully assembled, damaged after delivery, or altered. Where stickers have been applied to models we will also not be able to offer a full refund.
Custom statues and trophies
For statues that have been created based on customer’s photographs, these are custom made unique products individually made for customers. As this is a custom-made product, returns are not accepted once production has begun. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will not begin the process of creating model until you are satisfied with the likeness, size of model and its appearance. We will provide images of the model before production for your approval. If we are unable to achieve a satisfactory likeness at the proof stage, a full refund will be issued before production begins.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, refund, or exchange:
- Contact us via email (contact@modsta.co.uk) within 30 days of delivery
- Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return (optional but appreciated)
- Any photographs if appropriate (such as for individual damaged parts of stadium models)
We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- If you would like an exchange, please let us know when contacting us.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Replacement items will be dispatched once the original item has been received and approved.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
