Orders & Products
What do you sell?
We sell detailed model stadiums, statues, trophies and sports-related plastic model kits designed for display and collection. Most stadium or iconic stand products are supplied unassembled unless stated otherwise, for the enjoyable assemly by our customers. In certain circumstances, sticker sheets are provided or lightboxes and cables.
Are the models pre-assembled?
In most instances, our models are supplied as kits for home assembly. This allows for safe shipping and gives you the enjoyment of building your own model. All models are accompanied by detailed instruction sheets that guide the user through the process of assembling models.
Are your models suitable for children?
Our products are intended for hobbyists and collectors. They do not contain small parts but when fully assembled, they are not considered toys unless explicitly stated. Adult supervision is recommended where children are involved. For models that include light boxes, extra supervision from adults may be required to ensure safe usage, location and maintanance of LED lights.
Do I need tools or glue to assemble the models?
No. All models are accompanied by detailed instructions, explaining simply how to assemble the products by connected and slotting blocks together, without need for tools or glue.
What size are the models?
Model sizes vary by product. Dimensions are listed on each product page so you can check scale and display suitability before purchasing.
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply add your chosen product to your basket and proceed through checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through trusted third-party payment providers. Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We produce all models and statues to order. The process for begging the production of all products starts approximately within 24 hours or the product being ordered. Once the product has begun production, an order can not be cancel. To find out if your order has entered production, please contact us as soon as possible. Similarly, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned in line with our Returns Policy.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch:
- UK standard orders: 2–5 business days (using Royal Mail unless otherwise stated)
- International orders: 7–15 business days (using Royal Mail or DHL)

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times and any applicable customs charges depend on your location.
Will I receive tracking information?

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges in line with our Delivery & Returns Policy.
How long do I have to request a return?
You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. The returns window begins from the delivery date, not the order date. Please read the Delivery & Returns Policy
What condition must the item be in?
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unassembled
- Complete with all parts
- Returned in original packaging where possible
How do I start a return?
Contact us via contact@modsta.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We’ll reply with return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account (if available) allows you to view order history more easily.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We take data protection seriously and handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

General
Are these official licensed products?
Unless explicitly stated on the product page, our models are not official replicas or licensed merchandise. We have taken every step possible to avoid conflicting with established brands and trademarks. Our stadium models are based entirely on stadiums that have been demolished and no longer in ownership of club. We do not include any reference to club names, logos or any branding. There may be instances where club colours or words that are visible in the public domain in or around the stadium are seen. We have gone to lengths of removing specific words even if seen in the public domain, for instance changing name of stadium to Highbury Stadium. We are also working with specific clubs to obtain official licences to sell products with club logos.
